Effective 26 October 2026
PagePing (the browser extension, this website and PagePing Pro) is made and operated by Colin Bishop, a sole trader trading as “PagePing” (“we”, “us”). When you use PagePing you are agreeing with us to these terms. Contact: pagepingapp@gmail.com.
By installing or using PagePing, or buying PagePing Pro, you agree to these terms, our refund policy and our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use PagePing. Continued use after we update these terms means you accept the updated version; we'll change the effective date above when we do.
PagePing reloads browser tabs you choose at intervals you choose and notifies you when text you choose appears on or disappears from the page. The free version works on one tab at a time. PagePing Pro is a one-time purchase (currently US$19) that unlocks the features listed on our pricing section: unlimited tabs, an alert sound, random intervals, hard refresh and refresh limits. It is not a subscription.
Limitations: PagePing only works on normal web pages in Google Chrome (and Chromium-based browsers that support Chrome extensions); it needs your computer awake and Chrome open; and websites can change, block or rate-limit reloads at any time. PagePing does not fill in forms, buy anything, join queues, or solve captchas.
When you buy Pro you get a license key for your personal use. You may activate it on the browsers you personally use. You may not share, resell or publish your key. We may revoke a key that has been refunded, charged back, obtained fraudulently or shared publicly.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Prices are shown before you pay; Paddle calculates and adds any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST at checkout.
Refunds are covered by our refund policy (14-day money-back guarantee).
You agree not to use PagePing:
PagePing, its code, name, logo and website are owned by Colin Bishop. These terms give you a licence to use PagePing; they don't transfer ownership.
We work hard to keep PagePing reliable, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will catch every change on a page, and you shouldn't rely on it as your only way of noticing something important. Chrome or websites may change in ways that affect PagePing.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. To the extent the law allows, PagePing is provided “as is”, we exclude all other warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for PagePing Pro (or, where permitted, resupplying it). We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as a missed sale or booking.
You can stop using PagePing at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or revoke a Pro license for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a refund or chargeback, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious violations.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections of the law where you live.
